Q. Do you carry out the work yourselves?
A. No. 1Call recommends up to 3 different local, fully legal businesses or tradesmen that are proven specialists in their chosen field. This gives you the opportunity to negotiate a contract whilst also feeling confident that you have chosen a reputable company.
Q. Do we pay 1Call?
A. No. Your contract is solely with the supplier or service provider. 1Call makes no charge to you for the service that we provide nor do we take commissions on any work undertaken on your behalf.
Q. What are 1Calls opening hours and do you close for siesta?
A. 1Call offices hours for general and non emergency enquires are
09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. We do not close for Spanish Siesta time.

Q. Do you have copies of the Insurances, Licenses etc on file for our inspection?
A. Absolutely. 1Call holds copies of all relevant paperwork on file for your peace of mind.
Q. What happens if we are not happy with the service provided?
A. As all of our listed companies have been thoroughly verified this scenario is highly unlikely. However, for your peace of mind, all of the companies 1Call recommends have signed an undertaking to work closely with the client to resolve any issues that may arise. Again, all of the companies are fully insured for your protection but should you have any cause for concern, 1Call is always on hand to assist in any way possible.
